Splendid contemporary sculpture in authentic Murano Glass, titled "TU-TUM!" to evoke the primordial and vital sound of the heartbeat. This small work of art blends the precision of the anatomical study with the timeless charm of Venetian glassmaking tradition.
The piece was entirely handmade by lampworking with the refined technique of blown and shaped glass by the famous Master glassmaker Fabio Tagliapietra, a member of a historic dynasty of Murano glass artists. Each detail of the heart’s structure, vessels, and arteries is formed directly in the heat of the flame, making this sculpture a unique and unrepeatable piece.
The vivid translucent red glass rests on an elegant base of opaque black glass, which enhances its reflections and its three-dimensionality.
It is shipped with a signed certificate.
