Large enameled oven dish, cast iron.
Netherlands mid-20th century.

This elongated cast-iron dish
is exceptionally suitable in shape for preparing fish.
An elegant model that you don't encounter very often.
Although unmarked, the manufacturer is undoubtedly
DRU (Diepenbrock en Reigers Ulft),
a renowned iron foundry.
On the bottom is only the serial number. 4160-40.
In very good condition with only minor signs of use.
Inside very clean, outside as new.
