Oval coffee table in Louis XV style in carved wood and Breccia marble - mid-20th century.

Elegant oval coffee table inspired by Louis XV, with a carved and partially openwork wood frame. The tapered waist features scrollwork, shells and acanthus leaves, extending into four cabriole legs ending in scrolling feet.

Removable top in polychrome brecciated marble, possibly Breccia variety, with pronounced veins and natural fragments in tones of pink, red, cream, gray and brown. Rounded and polished edge.

The typology corresponds to French Louis XV tables made of fruitwood or walnut with a marble top.

Mesa de centro oval estilo Luís XV em madeira entalhada e mármore Breccia - meados do século XX.

Elegante mesa de centro oval de inspiração Luís XV, com estrutura em madeira entalhada e parcialmente vazada. A cintura recortada apresenta decoração de volutas, concheados e folhas de acanto, prolongando-se em quatro pernas cabriolet terminadas em pés enrolados.

Tampo amovível em mármore brechado policromo, possivelmente variedade Breccia, com expressivos veios e fragmentos naturais em tons de rosa, vermelho, creme, cinzento e castanho. Bordo arredondado e polido.

A tipologia encontra correspondência em mesas francesas Luís XV de madeira frutífera ou nogueira com tampo de mármore.
