Beautifully decorated with lilacs, and the dish features a spider in a web.
Painted by Sam Schellink, the master painter of egg-shell porcelain at this plate factory.
The dish has been restored from a hairline crack, not uncommon with this fragile porcelain.
That is not visible to the naked eye, but can be seen with a UV lamp.
The work order number is 60.
A wonderful object for the Art Nouveau collector or museums, including the Haags Gemeentemuseum, Boijmans van Beuningen, and, of course, the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.
