Side table - Satinwood, Mahogany

Side table in Louis XV style, carved wood and marble - c. 1900–1930.

Small square-shaped side table, made of dark-toned wood, probably walnut, with top framed by a prominent moulding and filled with a polychrome marble slab in shades of gray, beige and rosy.

The contoured waist features carved floral decoration on all faces. It rests on four elegant cabriole legs, moulded and ending in scroll feet, characteristic of furniture inspired by Louis XV.
