Very pretty antique glove box from the Napoleon III era, dating from the second half of the 19th century around 1860.

This elegant rectangular blackened wood box is characteristic of refined objects under Napoleon III.

The lid features a charming decorative of brass and light wood.

The interior is red satin, in good condition.

The box is in good condition, just a few signs of wear related to its age (see photo).

Très jolie boite à gants ancienne d'époque Napoléon III, datant de la seconde moitié du XIX eme siècle vers 1860. 

Cette élégante boite rectangulaire en bois noirci est caractéristique des objets de raffinement sous Napoléon III. 

Le couvercle présente un ravissant décor en laiton et bois clair. 

L'intérieur est en satin capitonné rouge, en bon état.

La boite est en bon état juste quelques usures liées à son age (voir photo)
