Wonderful bedspread in pure natural linen made in the 1960s/70s in Southern Italy, probably Sicily. The linen piece measures 260x240 cm and was crafted with drawn-thread work called "siciliano" and rose embroidery on numerous squares. The bedspread features along all four sides a tall drawn-thread border that frames it. The beauty of the piece lies in the possibility of using it also as a tablecloth, being edged in the same way on all four sides. Never used. Perfect. It is delivered ready to use.

Il taglio di lino misura 260x240 cm ed è stato realizzato con lavorazione a sfilato detto " siciliano" e ricamo a rose su numerosi quadretti 
Il copriletto presenta sui 4 lati un alto bordo in sfilato che lo incornicia tutto. La bellezza del manufatto é data dalla possibilità di essere utilizzato anche come tovaglia essendo bordata allo stesso modo sui 4 lati.
