Description from the seller

A beautiful piece of industrial German design is offered: an authentic, hand-operated all-purpose slicer from the quality brand Graef, dating from the 1950s / 1960s.
This iconic model is an eye-catching centerpiece in any retro or modern kitchen. The machine is completely made of heavy metal (cast iron/aluminium) and is equipped with the original, distinctive wooden handle and the authentic, oval red-and-gold Graef factory emblem on the knife cap.
Thanks to the indestructible Solingen build quality and the smoothly operating mechanism, this machine is still fully functional. With the dial knob, the slice thickness can be set extremely precisely. The machine stands stably on its four original legs with rubber anti-slip feet.
