Elegant Sardinian handcrafted knife created by the renowned cutlery maker Monni, authentic expression of Pattada tradition and the finest island craftsmanship.
This refined model "Scuoio" stands out for its magnificent monolithic handle in glossy natural black ram horn, carefully selected and worked to enhance its nuances and ergonomic shape. The ornate bulinata head gives the knife added character and aesthetic prestige, recalling the old decorations of Sardinian traditional cutlery.
The satin blade is made of stainless steel EN 1.4060, a material valued for its corrosion resistance and excellent edge retention. The knife features harmonious and elegant lines, making it ideal for both the collector and the enthusiast of Italian regional cutlery.
