Handcrafted kitchen cutting board made of solid wood, composed of 197 pieces from 5 precious woods: oak, ipe, larch, lime, pink pear.
The woods undergo an end cut to ensure greater longevity over time.
Each piece is made following a design that evolves from the artisan’s imagination and the availability of the various woods.
Each cutting board requires about a week of work to complete, including the drying times for the glue under pressure.
Each cutting board is a unique piece in its own right.

Only a food-grade mineral oil treatment is used, which is also recommended for maintenance; alternatively, olive oil.
