Wooden aperitif/wine barrel with matching cups on a metal stand, often referred to as "snapsvat" or "cave à liqueur".
Primarily intended as a decorative bar item or pouring scene for spirits, sherry or wine.
The barrel can indeed be filled and used to pour drinks through the tap, but it is usually not used for that purpose. Basically it’s just a novelty item.
