Crescent & Sons / George Jones & Sons, Stoke-on-Trent porcelain. Straight-sided demitasse cups with shaped cobalt blue handles. The decoration features wide cobalt blue bands with raised gilded foliate scrollwork, fine gilt border and small gilt classical motifs on the white porcelain body. Matching saucers repeat the cobalt and gilt border pattern. All pieces carry the printed “CRESCENT & SONS ENGLAND” backstamp plus red pattern number 15229.
