Eastman Kodak Co. Cine-Kodak Model B pre-war cine camera, tested and functioning, in good overall condition and supplied with its original rigid brown leather protective case and Kodak Anastigmat 25mm f/3.5 lens intact.
Description from the seller
Up for auction: an iconic and historically monumental pre-war collectible camera—the Cine-Kodak Model B, produced in the United States by Eastman Kodak Co. in Rochester, New York, from the mid-1920s.
The lot is presented in good overall condition, perfectly functional, and is complete with its original rigid brown leather protective case with shaped interiors, strap, and glossy metal clasps.
Optics. The original high-performance Kodak Anastigmat 25mm f/3.5 lens is structurally intact and free of scratches. For full accuracy, there is a natural and widespread presence of internal dust due to age, a normal detail for a centennial cinematic piece that does not affect its historical significance.
Mechanical. The lot has been tested and is functioning. The sturdy internal mechanical spring motor responds promptly to winding via the concealed side key, activating reliably when the trigger is pressed.
Aesthetics. Good overall condition, as clearly documented by the photographs. The solid, robust rectangular metal housing preserves an excellent period visual impact, displaying its original textured black leather covering, showing the classic and normal signs of surface wear and handling scratches along the external metal profiles consistent with the object’s century-old age.
Tracked international shipping, fully insured and professionally super-protective packing to ensure maximum safety during transport.
