Pokémon - 10 Card 1995 Topsun – 10 Japanese Green Back Cards – Original Vintage Collector’s Lot

Exceptional vintage collector’s lot comprising 10 different Japanese Pokémon Topsun Green Back cards, commonly catalogued as part of the 1995 Topsun series.

These early Japanese Pokémon collectibles feature the original first-generation characters, Japanese text, Pokédex numbering and the distinctive red-and-green illustrated fronts. All ten cards have the highly recognisable Blue “Pokémon Card” patterned backs.
A complete lot of 10 different cards, without duplicates.

All cards display the original 1995 Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK Inc. copyright line. Topsun cards are Japanese non-TCG collectibles and represent one of the earliest and most distinctive chapters in Pokémon collecting, before the franchise became the worldwide phenomenon it is today.

GREEN BACK VARIANT

Every card in this lot has the classic Green Japanese “Pokémon Card” patterned reverse. The backs are clearly photographed, allowing collectors to verify the variant and assess the preservation of each individual card.

CONDITION

Original vintage condition, with varying signs of age and previous handling.

The cards retain attractive colours and clear illustrations, but show visible age-related wear, including edge and corner wear, surface marks, light discolouration and small creases or indentations on some examples. The degree of wear varies from card to card.

COLLECTING AND INVESTMENT APPEAL

Early Japanese Pokémon collectibles have become an established specialist category within the international Pokémon market. Topsun cards are especially recognisable because of their distinctive design, Japanese presentation and direct connection to the original generation of 151 Pokémon.

This carefully assembled lot offers ten different characters rather than duplicates, providing broader representation of the original Topsun series in a single purchase.

Particularly attractive for:

Collectors of early Japanese Pokémon material
Topsun Green Back specialists
Original 151 Pokémon collectors
Vintage Japanese card collectors
Buyers beginning or expanding a Topsun set
Long-term collectors of historically important Pokémon memorabilia

The cards are individually sleeved and stored in rigid protective holders. They will be carefully packed and shipped with tracking and appropriate protection.

A highly appealing opportunity to acquire ten different original Japanese Topsun Green Back cards together in one vintage Pokémon lot.
