CMC 1:18 Maserati 250F 1957 red with certificate in excellent condition

Description

Extraordinary modeling feat: a die-cast scale 1:18 produced by CMC (GmbH Germany) in 2005 (art. M-051). The model faithfully reproduces the legendary 1957 Maserati 250F with the yellow nose, the car that won the Formula One World Championship driven by Juan Manuel Fangio. Hand-built, assembling hundreds of metal details and noble materials, it features a removable hood with real metal attachments revealing a meticulously detailed inline 6 engine, functioning suspensions, reproduced exhaust pipes, cabin with a blue fabric seat, a carved wooden steering wheel, and center-mount removable spoke wheels with a contoured underbody. Included is the original horizontal CMC booklet/depliant.

NOTES

There are small superficial cracks/fissures on the front windscreen plexiglass (no breaks or missing parts, as visible in the photo) and a area with mild paint rash bubbles on the lower undercarriage. Model in overall excellent condition and aesthetics. No original box. Requires a light general cleaning.
