Vintage enamelled cast-iron dish with a pouring spout and two handles – Gradient orange

Elegant antique enamelled cast-iron dish, round and low in shape, equipped with two side handles and a pouring spout. It features a superb gradient orange exterior, from amber-orange to deep red, paired with a speckled anthracite gray enamel interior.

The bottom bears a logo depicting a stylized symbol inside a square. Its robust design and large cooking surface make it an ideal utensil for preparing and serving meats, sausages, roasts and other braised dishes. Cast iron provides excellent heat retention and steady heat distribution.

The piece shows a patina and signs of use, as well as several enamel chips, notably on the handles and the pouring spout. The interior also shows cooking marks. The whole is visible in the photographs.
