Description:

Imposing and elegant storage piece in Louis XV style, in solid oak with veneering, opening on the front by six doors and six drawers. This finely crafted piece stands out for the quality of its sculptures and the finesse of its ornamentation.

Structure and composition:

Central part:
Glass-front module with two doors enclosing an exhibition space equipped with removable glass shelves and a back lined with blue suede/velvet.

Side parts:
Two large solid modules, each closing with two doors sculpted with rocaille motifs, shells, and scrolls.

Lower part:
Row of 6 drawers with original patinated bronze/brass handles.

Pedestal:
Sits on a molded, curved pedestal sculpted with a large central shell and finished with Cabriole feet (scroll/claw feet).

Details and wrought iron:
Original chased bronze hardware: lock entries, handles and escutcheons.
Ornate working key supplied.
Top cornice sculpted with beaded/twisted motifs.
