Scandinavian mid-century pendant light. Danish Design by the celebrated architect Bent Karlby and manufactured by Lyfa in Denmark during the 1950s.
The lamp features a beautifully sculpted, matte black lacquered metal outer shade finished with perforations pattern on the edge - that release a subtle decorative glow.
Hereunder a milk-white satin glass shade, which ensures a glare-free, atmospheric light distribution over a dining table, kitchen island, or living space.

Era: Mid-Century Modern (1950s / 1960s)
Materials: Lacquered metal, opaque glass, solid brass accents
Condition: Good vintage condition. The original glass shade has no cracks.
The metal shade shows minor patina that preserves its historic integrity.
Electricity: Completely rewired for modern safety with all-newer electrical parts, a premium fabric-covered teal cord, and a standard E27 socket.
