Description from the seller

Elegant Napoleon III mantel clock, dating from the late 19th century. Its metal case painted to resemble marble is richly adorned with gilding, including a covered urn, laurel wreaths, a knot, and finely worked feet, in a refined neoclassical style.
The clock displays a beautiful antique patina, with some signs of wear normal for its age. The mechanism is functional but requires servicing.
