This is the first part of a beautiful collection of lead soldiers that I acquired and accumulated from 1990 to 2000 and which will be presented on "Catawiki" in sequence, one after another.
These are "The Glorious Cavalrymen of Napoleon" by the French manufacturer Starlux. The height of each figure varies from 7 to 9 cm.
All of these figurines are period military figures from the Napoleonic Wars. They have been individually hand-painted. The uniforms, insignia and weapons are faithfully reproduced. The colors are very varied.
