AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Condition
Appearance
There are slight scuffs, and the set is otherwise in very clean condition.
Optics
The lenses have been cleaned of fungus. On the 50mm, under a strong light, faint haze can be seen over about half of the rear element, and faint traces of old fungus slightly off-centre on a middle element. On the 135mm, under a strong light, faint haze can be seen across the front element, and faint traces of old fungus around the edge of the rear element. There is also some dust inside. These have no effect at all on the photographs taken, so you can buy with confidence.
Function
Fully functional. All operations work properly without any issues.
This camera has been serviced: the self-timer has been repaired, the exposure has been checked and the light seals have been replaced. Film transport has been tested and works correctly.
Accessories
Strap
Front lens cap x2
Rear lens cap x1
Lens filter x3
Lens hood x2
Camera case
Hood case x1
Everything shown in the photos is included.
Description
The Canon 7 is the 1961 rangefinder that marked the peak of Canon's screw-mount cameras. It has a built-in selenium light meter that needs no battery, and a bright viewfinder with projected frame lines for 35, 50, 85, 100 and 135mm. It takes Leica screw mount lenses, and this outfit comes with two of Canon's own: the fast 50mm f/1.4 standard lens and the 135mm f/3.5 telephoto, together with the camera's original case, hoods and filters.
Shipping
We ship via DHL, EMS, UPS, or other DDU methods. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
