Set of 2 special souvenir figurines from the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin.
A porcelain figurine of a running torchbearer.
The 'torch' actually has a wick that fits into a small reservoir. This reservoir can be filled with oil, allowing the figurine to also function as an oil lamp.
The figurine is 27 cm tall, 7 cm wide, and 7 cm deep, and has Olympic rings on the base.
The number '12394' is written on the bottom of the base.
The figurines are in perfect condition.
This specific model of porcelain torchbearer was originally designed by the well-known German porcelain manufacturer Seltmann Weiden and made of beautiful glossy porcelain. It bears on the bottom of the base the impressed model number 12594.

Set van 2 bijzondere beeldjes souvenier van de Olympische Spelen van 1936 in Berlijn .Een  porseleinen beeldje van een rennende fakkeldrager. De 'fakkel' heeft eigenlijk een lont die in een klein reservoir past. Dit reservoir kan  gevuld worden met olie, waardoor het beeldje ook dienst kan doen als olielampje . Het beeldje is 27 cm hoog  en 7 cm breed en 7 cm diep en hebben  Olympische ringen op de voet.
 Het nummer '12394' staat aan de onderkant van de voet. De beeldjes zijn in perfecte conditie .
Dit specifieke model porseleinen fakkeldrager is oorspronkelijk ontworpen door de bekende Duitse porseleinfabrikant Seltmann Weiden en gemaakt van prachtig glanzend porselein.Het draagt onderop de voet het ingeperste modelnummer 12594.
