Since the 17th century the Giusti family has tended to its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that yields complex flavor harmonies and exceptional products valued worldwide. A precious wooden chest contains five bottles of 250 ml each of the highly prized ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP.
1 BOTTIGLIA "UNA MEDAGLIA D'ARGENTO" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a good, rounded balsamic acidity, the “Medaglia d’Argento” represents a strongly aromatic product, capable of enhancing the flavor of dishes with its intensity. Suitable for use both raw and in cooking.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In French oak casks from 1900 with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from centuries-old cask batteries.
1 BOTTIGLIA "DUE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - IL CLASSICO" 250 ML.
A historic product of Acetaia Giusti, “Il Classico” is a balsamic with great versatility, suitable for both cooking and direct use raw. Of good density and excellent sweet-sour balance, it is characterized by notes of ripe fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
