Complete English-silver plated cutlery and serving set, suitable for 8 people, in Victorian style.
The dinner knives, starter knives, the carving cutlery and sharpening steel have blades of steel (stainless).
Presented in the original wooden case with blue felt lining (dimensions 56x40.5x14.5 cm).
Dated circa 1925.

Total 87 pieces, consisting of:

- 8x table knives 24.3 cm.
- 8x table forks 19.8 cm.
- 8x table spoons 18.5 cm.
- 8x knives 21.7 cm.
- 8x forks 18.2 cm.
- 8x soup spoons 17.4 cm.
- 8x dessert/tea spoons 14 cm.
- 8x coffee spoons 11 cm.
- 8x fish knives 21 cm.
- 8x fish forks 18.6 cm.

- 4x serving spoons 22 cm.
- 2-piece carving cutlery (meat knife and fork) 34.8 cm and 28 cm.
- sharpening steel 33.2 cm.

The cutlery is marked A.E. Poston & Co Ltd. Sheffield England.
Registration number 879063 for the year 1951.

Condition:
The table forks show silver loss on the back of the tines, at least 4 pieces.
4x table spoons show some wear in the bowl.
All fish knives show somewhat more noticeable wear.
From all this, extra photos have been added.

Furthermore, the cutlery is in good, lightly used condition.
The wooden case shows wear on the exterior and the key is no longer included.
