Biercee - Thesis Antithesis - 700ml - 4 bottles

Biercée Gin is a 100% Belgian gin. Since 1946, it has been distilled using traditional, artisanal methods in Ragnies, near Waterloo. Master distillers Christophe Mulatin and Pierre Gerard combined their distinct flavor profiles and personalities to create this gin. The botanicals include juniper, cumin, coriander, citrus, cocoa, fresh hops, malt spirit, fennel, orange, and lemon, along with spices such as lavender, vanilla, and anise. On the nose, there are aromas of fresh coriander and florals. Flavors of coriander and cumin are intensely present. The taste is an explosion of citrus and herbal notes, leading to a long finish.
