Description from the seller
A striking vintage Vendex set of two steel strongboxes, featuring a beautiful blue craquelé finish and original matching details. The distinctive textured finish, sturdy construction, original handles, keys and red-and-white cords give this set an authentic vintage and industrial character.
The set consists of:
* Large strongbox: 35 × 25 × 11 cm — 2 original keys
* Small strongbox: 20 × 15 × 10 cm — 1 original key
Both strongboxes retain their original keys and original red-and-white cords. The attractive blue craquelé finish is particularly distinctive and gives the set a charming vintage appearance.
The strongboxes are sturdy and practical, while also being decorative and functional. An appealing set for collectors of vintage office accessories, industrial design and historic storage boxes.
