AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Wine cooler, Champagne cooler, Champagne bucket, cooler, ice bucket, bucket, seau (bucket).

Exclusive vintage silver-plated or nickel-plated Art Deco Champagne cooler made for the house AYALA in Ay (since 2005 in the hands of the Champagne house Bollinger).

The Ayala house was founded in 1860 by Colombian diplomat Edmond de Ayala. The Colombian was married to a Frenchwoman, and she brought the Château de Mareuil-sur-Aÿ with its associated vineyards as a dowry.

This Art Deco cooler is on one side fitted with an embossed plaque bearing the text: "AYALA CHAMPAGNE".
The cooler is of heavy professional quality and has a lovely patina; it is fully restored, but with preserved character.
Also equipped with richly decorated Art Deco handles.

Still in excellent condition for use, a mood-setter and a head-turner on any bar, table, or party.

Very rare specimen, difficult to find, making it a true collector's item.
