Splendid lot composed of 4 pieces of raw blue sapphire from the renowned Sri Lanka (Ceylon) mines, for a total weight of 64.25 carats (12.86 g).
The samples are presented in their natural state and are completely untreated (No Heating), preserving the authenticity and charm of the gem as it was extracted from the earth. As visible in the backlit photos, the material shows a translucence with fascinating internal veins and color nuances ranging from blue to light blue.
An ideal lot for both mineral collectors of rough specimens and gemstone enthusiasts who want to experiment with cutting natural Ceylon material.
