Soviet Union origin; title: 2 roundly postmarked four-block sheets with Ukraine trident overprint plus 1 cover 4 pK etc.; condition: cancelled and addressed; catalogue: Michel.
Description from the seller
I offer two blocks of four, one mounted on a cut piece of envelope with four round postmarks and one block of four loose, also with round postmarks.
All eight stamps bear the blue overprint stamp of the Ukrainian trident.
Both sheets are in pristine condition.
Furthermore there is an unused postcard with an overprinted 5 kopeck stamp with the 10 kopeck stamp of Ukraine and also the characteristic trident, with a flaw dot to the left of the trident. RARE!
A described postcard franked with the green 2 kopeck stamp from 1884
A small envelope with a most interesting franking from 1912 to Luga
A horizontal 1 kopeck pair was used as well as a strip with two 2 kopecks in green and another 1 kopeck stamp attached.
It looks as if this strip came from a stamp booklet with the 2 kopeck and 1 kopeck strips.
This franking would be very rare..
As noted in pencil on the envelopes as well.
Another postcard with an imprinted stamp and a Steckkarte full of old Russian stamps from around 1869, mostly unused, lightly post-fresh and 2–3 stamps cancelled.
A few better stamps with higher catalog values are included.
A very nice collection with a lot of potential.
Take a look for yourself.
Please examine the stamps to get an initial impression.
SHIPPING:
ONLY via DHL in an insured 2 kg package up to €500.
