Scarce NVPH 24E with the usual somewhat imperfect perforation that you almost always see on the E-standing.
Uncirculated without gum.
With the PM8 plate error, a white speck in the pearl circle above the E of cent and a white dot in the medallion in front of the king's nose. Rare on E-standing!
