A beautiful authentic wooden side table from the first quarter of the 20th century. This compact and sturdy piece of furniture is made in Western Europe, Netherlands or the United Kingdom, and it exudes the atmosphere of traditional country style and the Arts & Crafts movement.

The little table immediately stands out with the beautifully carved wavy panels on all four sides. This gives the model an elegant and timeless character.

At the underside the skilled construction is clearly visible. The solid tabletop is professionally mounted with metal blade clamps in special grooves. The straight, stable legs are reinforced at the corners with thick wooden securing bosses, giving the table a very solid base.

The top, its rounded corners, and the wood have a deep, warm, patinated color with an authentic sheen.

The table is in good antique condition.
