This precious 100% pure silk satin from the Como district stands out for a refined design with a strong visual impact.
The fabric features an intensely black background, enriched by the satin finish typical of silk, soft and slightly glossy when catching the light.
The surface is decorated with a graphical and stylized butterfly motif in various sizes. The wings are characterized by an original polka dot texture in cyclamen, blue and yellow hues on a cream base.
As it is high-quality silk produced in the Como district, the fabric drapes fluidly, light and draped, ideal for tailoring and haute couture.
Measurement: 500 cm x 140 cm and weighs 500 grams.
It is in excellent overall condition, with clean fabric, intact selvage and colors well preserved.
Unique defect: as shown in the images, the fabric presents a thin horizontal printing line (a continuous defect line) running along the entire length of the cut. This detail should be considered when laying out the patterns, taking advantage of the ample yardage available to avoid the line or integrate it into the tailoring cut.
