Kenwood KR-6030 Vintage Stereo Receiver – Made in Japan, 1978
Offered in this auction is a Kenwood KR-6030 stereo receiver, manufactured in Japan in 1978.
Cosmetic condition: The receiver is in very good cosmetic condition and looks almost like new, with only minimal signs of use.
Functional condition: The receiver has been tested and is fully functional as both a radio and an amplifier. All inputs have been tested and are working.
As is common with vintage audio equipment, some switches and controls would benefit from cleaning. Occasional crackling may be heard when adjusting the volume, and the Loudness switch or other controls may occasionally exhibit intermittent contact.
The plastic piece used to secure the speaker cable is missing. However, the speaker terminal can still be used by securing the cable with a screwdriver. Both speaker outputs (A and B) are fully functional.
