Description from the seller
Devotional cross - 18th century, in white metal, handmade, finely chased and engraved.
The obverse features a crucified Christ under the INRI cartouche.
At the foot of the Cross is a representation of Saint Mary Magdalene, recognizable by her contemplative demeanor and the small cross she holds in her hands.
The reverse is entirely decorated with symbols of the Passion of Christ and engraved Christian emblems, among which the fish (Ichthys) and various instruments of the Passion.
The whole shows a beautiful antique patina as well as the normal signs of wear for a piece of this era.
No visible hallmark.
Good condition with old wear, original bail.
The photos are an integral part of the description of the objects and complete its presentation. They allow you to appreciate its state and features. Please examine them carefully before any commitment.
The item will be carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number to guarantee fast and secure delivery.
Happy bidding
