Coin from the Weimar Republic period, issued during the German hyperinflation of 1923. It features a sober and functional design, characteristic of emergency issues, with clear typography well proportioned on the obverse and the Republic eagle with bold strokes on the reverse. The piece shows full relief, excellent feather and legend definition, and clean fields with uniform original luster. Outstanding condition for the type, with minimal surface marks and a visual appeal well above the average for these issues.
