- Grade: MS63 (PCGS).
1 Franc silver coin of the “Semeuse” type, with an allegorical representation of the Republic sowing to the wind, the work of Oscar Roty, in a modernist style and great dynamism in the treatment of the drapery and the movement of the hair. The reverse presents the value 1 FRANC on an olive branch, surrounded by the national motto, in a balanced and elegant composition. The specimen shows well-defined reliefs, with the original luster still perceptible beneath a multicolored patina with golden and bluish hues, especially visible on the reverse. The fields show slight marks characteristic of its grade, maintaining an overall harmonious and attractive appearance in keeping with its MS63 condition.
