'Panda tail' (ducktail), 'RS' or '2.7', the car has many nicknames. It was the first road-going sports car in the world to feature both a front and a rear spoiler. They helped improve handling stability and freed drivers to go faster. Everyone wondered if the RS was legal for street use. The answer was yes, it was made for the streets. Anyone could own one. Anyone could compete with one. What a time to be alive!
