Sculpture, Art Deco bronzen kaketoe / papegaai – BJB Bronze Garanti – zwart marmer - 16.2 cm - Bronze, Marble

A distinctive and characterful bronze sculpture of a stylized cockatoo/parrot, signed Bourcart.

The design has a pronounced Art Deco character, with strong geometric lines, a prominently shaped crest, and a beautifully built combination of smooth and more textured surfaces. The dark brown-bronze patina emphasizes the form and gives the piece a stylish, almost architectural appearance.

At the base, the sculpture bears the signature “Bourcart” and a circular “BJB – Bronze Garantie” plaque. It stands on a heavy, round black marble plinth with natural white veining, which makes the bronze look particularly striking.

An attractive decorative object for lovers of Art Deco, bronze sculptures, animalier works, and special design pieces. Due to its distinctive silhouette, it is a real eye-catcher on a desk, sideboard, display cabinet, or in a collection.

Features: bronze with dark patina, signed Bourcart, equipped with BJB Bronze Garantie marking, and mounted on a black marble plinth.
