Edgar Degas (1834-1917) - after - Sculpture, La Petite Danseuse de Quatorze Ans - 66 cm - Bronze

Beautiful decorative sculpture based on the famous work “La Petite Danseuse de Quatorze Ans” by Edgar Degas.

The statue depicts a young ballerina in a graceful, restrained pose. The sculpture has a warm bronze appearance, a gold-colored structured bodice, and a real pink tulle skirt. It is this combination of hard sculptural forms and soft fabric that gives the sculpture a special and elegant look.

The details are beautifully worked out: the face, the hair, the bodice with buttons, the bow at the back, and the classical pose of the ballerina create a refined whole. The sculpture rests on a sturdy pedestal with a signature, making it immediately nice to place in an interior, gallery corner, display case, or art collection.

A stylish decorative object for lovers of ballet, classical art and sculptures.
