The wine is mainly made from Marsanne, sometimes blended with Roussanne, which gives it a seductive aromatic palette. In this 2009 vintage, fairly warm, the wine reveals ripe notes of pear, vineyard peach, acacia honey, punctuated by floral touches of chamomile, and sometimes a hint of anise that betrays its terroir.
