Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Bang & Olufsen MMC 3 moving micro-cross phono cartridge, year 1990, in good physical condition and tested and working, weight 2 g, no extras included.
Description from the seller
ORIGINAL Bang & Olufsen MMC3 moving micro-cross phono cartridge with a nude elliptical diamond stylus mounted on a sapphire cantilever.
Condition: Rated 7-8/10 by a b&O specialist. Shows light signs of use consistent with age, but remains in good cosmetic and functional condition. The needle looks not centred, I bought it like this and it's not an issue for playing very well.
Testing & Performance: Tested and playing smoothly on both channels with clear sound and balanced output. Clean diamond tip and straight cantilever.
Tracking Force: Recommended tracking force is 1.0 g.
A great opportunity to replace or upgrade the cartridge on your classic B&O Beogram turntable (compatible with Beogram models designed for the MMC1–5 series).
I bought it with a Beogram 7000 and I used it until last year when I had a good opportunity to buy a used MMC2. It works very well, but of course it depends on your taste. It's a great opportunity. Unfortunately I don't have the small case, but I built a safe one for the shipment. I kept it until now as a reserve if anything went wrong with the mmc2 purchase.
