The Pioneer PL-117D is a vintage, fully automatic turntable from the late 1970s (produced around 1976–1977). Within the hi-fi community, the model is known as a reliable, solidly built classic offering excellent sound quality and a warm vintage aesthetic, thanks to its wood-finish housing.
Key features
• Fully automatic mechanism: With the push of a start button, the tonearm automatically moves to the record. At the end of the record, the arm automatically returns to its rest and the motor stops. Additionally, the player features a handy repeat function for continuous playback.
• Drive system: It is a belt-driven turntable equipped with a stable 4-pole synchronous motor. It operates at two speeds: 33 and 45 RPM.
• Tonearm: Equipped with a statically balanced, S-shaped arm and an anti-skating mechanism to ensure accurate tracking and minimize wear on your vinyl.
• Isolation: The unit features a spring-suspended sub-chassis, providing excellent isolation against external vibrations. Technical specifications
