Ikelite WD-4 6430.4 | Wide angle lens

Ikelite WD-4 wide-angle conversion dome (ref. 6430.4) for 3.9-inch diameter viewports

Includes: two replacement O-rings (ref. 13645)

The WD-4 simply slides onto the standard 3.9-inch viewport of the Ikelite housing. No modification or replacement of the housing's original viewport is required. The WD-4 can be removed and reinstalled underwater, allowing you to fully exploit the camera's zoom or macro capabilities. About three-quarters of the camera's zoom range remains usable when the dome is installed.

This conversion dome compensates for the magnification due to refraction induced by the flat port underwater, thus restoring the camera's original angle of view. For example, pairing the WD-4 with the Canon G10 yields a field of view equivalent to a 28 mm lens, with exceptional sharpness even in the corners underwater.
