AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Splendid specimen of prasiolite quartz, a green variety of quartz colored by inclusions of amphiboles/actinolite, from the rare locality of Elba Island, in the province of Livorno, Tuscany. The crystals, with an acicular and elongated prismatic habit, develop in dense radiating aggregates of light green color, with shiny and well-formed surfaces, resting on a dark matrix rich in oxides. The Elban provenance makes this piece particularly rare and sought-after by collectors, adding considerable aesthetic and mineralogical value to the piece.
This is an ideal specimen for mineral collections, display, and for those who appreciate the natural beauty of minerals, also in the field of crystal therapy and lithotherapy, in accordance with the properties traditionally associated with the mineral species.
All minerals are 100% natural and untreated, with very rare exceptions always indicated in the description. The photographs are taken with professional lighting to best enhance colors and details; however, slight tonal variations may occur depending on the device or ambient light.
Shipping is carried out via reliable and carefully selected express couriers, with fast delivery (in many cases 1-2 working days in Europe), tracked and insured shipping, and professional and secure packaging, as confirmed by customer reviews. Deliveries may also take place the day after payment depending on the destination.
It is possible to combine multiple purchases and receive them in a single shipment, even from auctions with different end dates, simply by contacting us to arrange the consolidation. For important pieces, direct delivery by appointment to your home or at major European fairs is also available.
