Beautiful vintage French Cousances oval cocotte in a striking red-to-burgundy gradient, with a matching lid and cream enamelled interior.
Cousances is one of France’s oldest cast iron manufacturers, with origins dating back to 1553. Acquired by Le Creuset in 1957, the brand is renowned for its traditional French craftsmanship and quality enamelled cookware.
Made from heavy cast iron, ideal for slow cooking, roasting and stews.
Good vintage condition, with some scratches, enamel wear and visible discoloration on the interior cooking surface.
