For sale is a rare, high-quality Pro-Ject Debut III/Phono SB hi-fi turntable in the absolute top class "Phono SB" with an elegant piano lacquer finish.
Since this is a rare, factory-modified premium version, the price is higher than for standard models. This model is currently hard to find online!
Main features of this version:
1. Integrated Speed Box II (factory-installed): The electronic switch between 33 and 45 rpm is very conveniently operated at the front with the push of a button (the LEDs light up in stylish green/red). No more tedious manual adjustment of the drive belt under the platter!
2. Integrated phono preamplifier: The turntable can be connected directly to any standard AUX/line input, active speakers, or soundbars. An expensive external phono preamplifier is not required. Condition and specifications:
- Cartridge: High-quality Ortofon 510 Mk II MM cartridge with original, undamaged needle (elliptical). The sound is clearly more dynamic and detailed than with standard OM-series needles. The needle is in pristine condition, runs smoothly and functions flawlessly.
- Case: In very good condition, unit fully functional.
- Dust cover: Original dust cover included. The hinges show no cracks or breaks (only normal, minimal dust marks, which is completely normal). The turntable runs absolutely smoothly and delivers a beautiful, warm analog sound!!! Made in Czechoslovakia!!!
