Lamp - Murano glass

Postmodern design table lamp, made in Italy in the 1980s. This piece stands out for its strong nod to the style of the famous Memphis Group, blending industrial geometries with the excellence of Venetian art glass. The large circular lenticular diffuser is made of white satin Murano glass, embellished at the center with a radial composition of fragments and multicolored fused glass canes (red, yellow, blue, green, orange). The structure rests on a solid triangular metal base painted black, completed by two chrome vertical supports and an internally perforated reflective parabola. Exceptional value for collectors: Original seal present: On the front of the glass the vintage-era sticker "Maestri Vetrai di: Murano - Made in Italy" is still perfectly preserved. Original purchase tag: The lamp retains its original vintage tag with the era’s price in Italian lire (£ 583,000) and the inventory code. A rare detail that attests provenance and history.
