GENERAL:
Mercedes-Benz 600SL from the year 1994 with approximately 113,000 kilometers. Includes both soft top and hardtop. This exclusive MB 600 SL V12 is in a very original condition, preserving its interior upholstery, its two original keys, and the factory wood finishes, all in excellent condition of use and conservation consistent with its low mileage. The R129 model, equipped with the legendary V12 M120 engine, represents the pinnacle of Mercedes-Benz engineering of the nineties; a true technical jewel of which relatively few units were produced, making it a magnificent investment.
BODYWORK AND PAINT:
The paint maintains a deep shine with only a few minimal defects perceptible in the photographic report. On the hard top, the upholstery is slightly detached. The hydraulic cylinders of the convertible top system have been recently repaired to fix a liquid leakage, so the mechanism currently works perfectly. The canvas is sound and the rear window plastic remains transparent.
MECHANICS:
The engine starts very well and runs smoothly, as does the transmission, which shifts with total fluidity. The lower end shows no rust or signs of previous accidents, displaying an exceptional state of preservation. In the summertime, once the engine reaches its operating temperature, it is a little hard to restart until it cools down after a short period of time (to be verified by service technicians). Its previous owner carried out several maintenance services at the official Mercedes-Benz dealership.
INTERIOR:
The cabin is fully upholstered in leather and wood, equipped with the highest level of extras of the era, such as heated seats, power seats with memory and Tempomat, as well as a sound system. All instruments on the dashboard and the air conditioning function correctly. The driver's seat shows wear/tear on the left ear bolster due to the driver's access, while all other upholstery remains healthy and in very good condition.
DOCUMENTATION:
Maintenance invoices from the official Mercedes-Benz workshop are available, as well as a video evaluation of the vehicle’s condition performed directly at the Star Madrid Retail dealership facilities, which will be provided to the new owner.
