Description from the seller
Collection of 6 hand-turned Mid-Century Modern studio ceramics by Pieter Groeneveldt. Condition: All 6 objects are in excellent, completely pristine vintage condition. Dutch studio ceramics from the 60s and 70s. The Dutch potter and artist Pieter Groeneveldt is internationally known for his experiments with organic textures, volcanic glazes and characteristic forms. Details of the objects, from left to right:

3. Tall, tapering brutalist vase. Executed in the iconic "travertine" or tree-bark-like texture with horizontal rings in rust-brown and black earth tones. (29 cm high, 12 cm diameter, 1500 g)
4. Tall cylinder vase: A sleek, robust model with a rough, dark volcanic glaze and a subtly contrasting, warm-toned interior. (23 cm high, 10 cm diameter, 1200 g)
5. Wide, bulbous vase: expressive, yellow-black speckled 'fat lava' like glaze texture and a refined, bright light-green interior. (17 cm high, 15 cm diameter, 950 g)
6. Wide flower-pot / bowl: An organic form with a soft, marbled gray-green outer glaze and a deep brown/terra interior. (13 cm high, 17 cm diameter, 1150 g)
