NOTE OF TASTING

Visual examination:

Ancient garnet color with orange reflections and a bright luster that seduces the eye with its delicate transparency.

Olfactory:

On the nose, balsamic sensations, cloves, licorice, quinine, and iron traces. A fruity sequence of cherry and strawberry, with occasional vegetal notes.

Gustative:

Extreme gustatory elegance, refined in balance; the sip is driven by freshness and superb tannic extraction. A long, flavorful persistence characterized by a savory final trail.
